The Order of the Mushroom. This cookbook was put together by the South Sound Mushroom Club members and has some great recipes in it for any mushroom lover! The book contains nearly 100 pages of recipes lavishly illustrated and hand written by club member Joe Tillman. The book contains sections for sauces, appetizers, soups, salads, vegetable dishes, meat dishes, and seafood.
